It effectively removes impurities such as mud, glue, oil stains, and detergent residues; the separation tank achieves efficient separation of materials with different specific gravities.

Reliable Core Components

The centrifugal dewatering machine adopts NSK brand bearings with a rotational speed of 2000 rpm, ensuring superior dewatering performance.

The electrical control system features Schneider contactors/relays and Chint circuit breakers, guaranteeing high electrical stability.

The rinsing rollers in the separation tank support variable frequency speed regulation, allowing for flexible adjustment to different production conditions.

Practical Equipment Structure

The belt conveyor features adjustable height, anti-slip belts, and movable casters, providing flexible installation and layout options.

The production line supports both Straight and U-shaped layouts to adapt to various customer workshop conditions.

Crushing Performance: The wet crusher performs underwater crushing, equipped with multiple sets of moving and fixed knives. With a screen mesh aperture of φ14mm, it crushes waste materials to the required particle size.

Strong Friction Cleaning: The main friction washer operates at 500 rpm with an effective working length, providing powerful friction to strip surface contaminants from materials.

Complete Supporting Facilities: Equipped with stainless steel screw conveyors for material transport and silos for temporary storage of crushed fragments.
