2. The product line can make diverse specifications of prepreg cloth, with width from 1.0 meter to 1.6 meters, the density of single layer is from 30 g/m² to 160 g/m².

3. Special specifications of the products can be custom-designed and manufactured according to your need.

4. Length of UD cloth is more than 100 m without breakpoint.

5. The product has high level of homogeneity and stability, the limit deviation of single layer density is less than 3 g/m².

6. The production line is adapted to 400 ~ 2000 denier UHMWPE fiber and aramid fiber.

7. It has high production efficiency, with total loss rate below 5%.

8. The capacity is up to 215 tons per year calculated with 40 g/m², unidirectional UD cloth.

9. Using new type of driving system, the whole line now has low energy consumption and fast drying, with power dissipation less than 15 kw/h.
